The look and feel of the future website may be proposed by the vendor, operating within the following guidance:

• The website should be professional and of sufficient quality to distinguish the club as a leader amongst its peers, i.e. other VAFA and SMJFL clubs.
• The Club name must always be presented as “St Bedes/Mentone Tigers AFC”.  
• The Club colours are red, gold and royal blue on navy blue. Guidance on the exact implementation of these colours may be obtained from the current website noting that the specific details will require explicit approval by Club representatives.
• The Club logo is available on the current (Joomla!) website.
• Ease of use in navigation and ability to easily find desired content is important.
• Ease of use in adding new content to the website is vital, noting that team managers and committee members change over regularly.
• Support of public users with accessibility needs is desirable.
• The ability to very simply determine what content appears on the front page is highly desirable.
