While the Club is open to options, it is expected that the solution will be based on a single, modern Content Management System (CMS) that:

• Is well recognised with a substantial user base;
• Has a highly active support and development community;
• Has an easy upgrade process;
• Is easy to further extend by the inclusion of new modules or similar without code development;
• Is well documented;
• Is Open Source;
• Is secure;
• Is available at no cost; and
• Uses either MySQL, MySQLi or Microsoft SQL databases for the storage of data.

The Club requires full control of the CMS, i.e. administrator/super user rights.
